Cooper cited
14 Jul 2012
Reds flyhalf Quade Cooper has been cited for his dangerous tackle on Waratahs inside centre Berrick Barnes.
Cooper is alleged to have hit Barnes high in the 63rd minute. Cooper was yellow-carded and the incident put on review. The citing commissioner subsequently deemed the incident had met the red card threshold for foul play
Sanzar duty judicial officer Nicholas Davidson will oversee the hearing.

Quade was reckless & inconsiderate. I’ve seen a few ‘Tahs matches & noticed how Berrick often touches his scrum-cap, probably subconciously. With his history, he fears head knocks more than anything else

No way on this planet that Cooper will be banned.
It will be fixed.
Don’t even bother showing up for the hearing.
Sharks should just prepare as though there is not citing at all.

I will show my bare buttocks in my local woolworths shop window if Cooper gets a ban. The SANZAR citing commission will say Berrick Barnes head butted the unsuspecting and defenseless Coopers arms in a vicious unwarranted assault
Have your say
