Blue Bulls coach Pine Pienaar made one enforced change to his line-up for Friday’s Currie Cup match against the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

Loose forward Arno Botha injured his hamstring in the victory over Griquas and is replaced by CJ Stander. Uncapped Warwick Tecklenburg comes onto the bench as cover.

Pienaar said the players’ performance last week deserved to be rewarded with reselection. ‘At this stage of the competition it is important for the team to get some momentum, cohesion and continuity. I was very pleased with the way the bench played as well, so is happy with the balance as we have it right now.’
