Bulls lose Stegmann again
4 Sep 2012
Blue Bulls flank Deon Stegmann will miss the rest of the Currie Cup campaign because of a broken arm.
Stegmann suffered the injury during the Pretoria union’s 42-6 defeat to WP at Newlands last Saturday. He will be out of action for at least two months.
Bulls doctor Org Strauss also confirmed that it was the same arm that sidelined the player midway during Super Rugby.
Meanwhile, good news for the Bulls is that injured Springbok wing Bjorn Basson is expected to return to training next week.

Cannot believe the Bulls lost Marnus Schoeman last year and this is not being a wise *** after the fact. Most Bulls supporters that follow junior rugby said it at the time. How did the management not see it?

Serious cracks in the Bulls’ managerial and coaching structures. Pine Pienaar is the weakest link. The Broederbond dynasty under Van Graan & co is running out of ideas. Mitchell and Spencer could have made a world of difference but that is way too out of the box for such a collection of Afrikaans boxes.
