Lions without Elton won’t be the same but Butch is more than competent. The game is won upfront I believe, and the lions pack has been the best thus far in the comp. Lions by more than 5 is my call.

@Robzim-10: Yes, will be a big loss. Better than Brussouw on form at the moment. Better judgement at ruck time and much stronger as a ball carrier (would be my backup 6 for the boks if Flo is injured).

@The Bok Identity-5: There is no guarantee that the lions will be better at the breakdowns. Fourie has arguably been the best "fetcher" flank in the comp and Holmes and reserve loosie Leihman are both playing towards the ball so they will be more than a handful to handle on Saturday.

I don’t get it Gareth. The Lions have the stronger scrum and are good at the breakdown yet despite all of that, the game will hinge on Cartrakilis’ accurate boot? And hence the prediction of WP by 5?
