BOD worry for Ireland
29 Oct 2012
An injury to captain Brian O’Driscoll has forced Ireland coach Declan Kidney to call for cover just two weeks before the Test against the Springboks.
O’Driscoll turned his ankle in Leinster’s win against Cardiff on Saturday. According to reports, O’Driscoll should recover before the 10 November clash against South Africa, but Kidney has decided to bring some new faces into the squad just in case.
In fact, Kidney has called up seven more players to the squad. Backs Craig Gilroy, Paddy Jackson, Paul Marshall and Tiernan O’Halloran will link up with group, as will forwards Declan Fitzpatrick, Sean Cronin and Michael Bent.

Sad Dragon. I’m sure he would have loved another Bok scalp before he retires

@gonzo-1:
O’Driscoll will recover in time and the Springboks will win regardless.
