Hore set for hefty ban

New Zealand hooker Andrew Hore has been cited for an off-the-ball incident which subsequently hospitalised Wales lock Bradley Davies.

Hore hit Davies off the ball during the initial stages of last Saturday’s Test in Cardiff. The incident was missed by matchday officials, but Hore has now been cited and looks likely to receive a lengthy suspension.

The time and date of the hearing, before the IRB’s appointed independent judicial officer, have yet to be fixed.

All Blacks coach Steve Hansen expects the hooker to be sidelined for some time. Hansen did not say as much, but has already called for a replacement ahead of the coming Test against England.

Dane Coles is expected to start at Twickenham.

    our old school has a pub overlooking the firts rugby field (for the old boys haha) and every sportsman from the school who recieved national colours has a brick in the wall.

    R-T have many good things going for them. But 50 Posts on a Article, would be a good result for them.

    They have dedicated Souls, who submit excellent Articles. And the site is a credit to ALL concerned.

    But they are ALL “birds of a feather’, so it lacks the frank, opinionated, blunt edgyness that keo,co has.

    I’m surprised you have not had a look.

    personally i couldnt give a toss about the whites you guys deal with, its the cold that would kill me.

    i wear a 3.5mm opencell invisitech freedivers wetsuit and in the middle of winter, after 3 hours spearfishing, i am still hot.

    in summer you simply cant wear the built in hoodie.

    skop is the reason the sharks frequent the fish hoek area… he hates them… and the feeling, i think, is mutual…

    they share many behavioral characteristics… is could be said that in evolutionary skop descended directly from sharks… (or vice versa – not too sure)

    like skop pretends to hate this thread but lurks and pulls in just to see if he can catch a win…

    the sharks lurk and hang out here hoping… hoping… one day… skop will get in the water…

    @cane-9359: I have taken a look, but it seems to ‘shut down’ at certain times, so from what I can gather, not much 24/7 activity.

    It does seem very ‘get-along-gang’ yes, from what I have bothered to read.

    I prefer sites that exhibit (to quote you) “blunt edgyness” and varying opinion. Throw in 10 totalfuckingnutters and about 15 amateur (semi-professional) nutters and voila.

    @Dawn….I like Puma,Sharkslover and Sharksgirl, I miss them and their views, Sharksgirl was very much like Ruck in that she is extremely Rugby knowledgeable specially about Sharks players.
