Hore set for hefty ban

Hore set for hefty ban

New Zealand hooker Andrew Hore has been cited for an off-the-ball incident which subsequently hospitalised Wales lock Bradley Davies.

Hore hit Davies off the ball during the initial stages of last Saturday’s Test in Cardiff. The incident was missed by matchday officials, but Hore has now been cited and looks likely to receive a lengthy suspension.

The time and date of the hearing, before the IRB’s appointed independent judicial officer, have yet to be fixed.

All Blacks coach Steve Hansen expects the hooker to be sidelined for some time. Hansen did not say as much, but has already called for a replacement ahead of the coming Test against England.

Dane Coles is expected to start at Twickenham.

U.S. Economy Unexpectedly Contracted in Fourth Quarter

The United States economy contracted unexpectedly in the final quarter of 2012, hurt by weaker exports, a drop in military spending and a slower buildup in inventories.
The Commerce Department said Wednesday that economic output in the quarter fell at an annual rate of 0.1 percent, compared with growth at a 3.1 percent pace in the third quarter.

So anyhow….for some one in the legal or law enforcement field……say some one went trespassing and found out some thing (not by a house) like potential evidence would they be in kuk for trespassing through the properties if it came out that a person was there illegally.

AND what if it had to be done again to search.

This is in extremely dense bush, shooter waits until dusk when the arrive to nest in the big tree’s and shoots them out the tree’s. Its a very dicey situation, as I have laid charges before under the fire arms control act. In the last 2 weeks there has been a lot of gun fire and each day fewer and fewer would arrive.

Last week I saw the shooters moving out, removal van. So they thought what the feck and have gone crazy. I already have a case pending against them. These are my wild sanctuary troop, I know them all by name, they follow me around all day on my property weather in the bush or garden area. They sit on the table and around us when having sundowners. Over half have been killed. I have been told an ajoining property has set out poison and traps, that is what I am trying to find and more bodies. Its over 80 acres of seriously dense growth and trees. Didn’t even cover 10 acres today. Very slow going, crawling, climbing and slashing. Getting onto these places is difficult, might have a perm from electric fencing and ripped jeans and shirt from getting under game fencing and just nasty bush, thorns and trees.

So point is if go and say I have found where he has been shoot them from, (took photo’s) will I get prosecuted for tresspassing or something. I have a bit of a track record so have to be careful. You also have to be pushy with the authorities, they don’t like paper work.

@Treehugger-27543: If I were you I would send someone else to scout about…. A person from a different area, a different province, someone who could ‘honestly’ stand up in a court of law and say, “I went out exploring and I got lost……and happened to stumble on this and because I have my cellphone, I could take pics – I had no idea I was on private land, I honestly lost my bearings and headed purely for where I heard noise. I had no cellphone reception etc”…

That type of someone needs to do the ‘finding and reporting’.

I think you need to let lose a mamba in the shooters hide. Not when he’s there of course, but a gift as it were to welcome him when he next arrives…….

  • 27548.Taahirah: Reply to this comment

@Treehugger-27543: From my memory of criminal law and law of evidence the evidence obtained would be inadmissible as the search was unlawful. We follow the American doctrine of “fruit of the poisonous tree”.
