    even your 5000 post.

    The 13,000 post does not interest me.

    Who’s wearing the Stormers jersey?

    Doesn’t look much like Duane Vermeulen if it is him.

    The more I look, the more convinced I am that they couldn’t find anybody from the Stormers, so they picked an age-group player… or a random.

    That sure as heck isn’t Duane Vermeulen.

    no, its him.
    also Keegan’s head and neck looks too big for the rest of his body?
    and what’s with Luke sulking in the background?

    @BrumbiesBoy-9: It’s a glorious photo…
    King Duane is the only one smiling (smirking actually), as he knows he owns the thrown.
    Spies looks like a sulky Sally and Daniel has all but thrown in the towel.

    The only reason King Duane is smirking is because he knows in his heart of hearts that he could benchpress Britney. And that he owns the Bok no.8 jersey as well.

    Thats a lookeylikey of Duane .. he was busy in NH. The rest of them were getting ready for xmas hols in SA.

    I wonder what we can expect from Spies in 2013 ? Maybe he will grow some balls or will he continue with his quasi loose forward hybrid of not hitting rucks or making one-on-one tackles …. I dont dislike him .. I just cant abide his play ..honest !

  • 22.i_love_u_bakkiesbotha: Reply to this comment

    @Doughnut-21:
    really?
    seems strange to think the graphic designers wouldn’t superimpose his face onto the lookalikes body though.

  • 23.Doughnut: Reply to this comment

    @i_love_u_bakkiesbotha-22: Yup and indeed.

    Are you happy with Spies as BB capt ?

  • 24.wpallday: Reply to this comment

    There are two exceptional loose forwards on that cover and the rest are overrated…

    Hope they prove beyond a doubt that they are the best in their respective positions .It would be nice to have some loose forwards with a bit of brain…

    Don’t expect Duane to hold onto the Bok jersey for much longer, rather him than Spies though.

    That is Duanne Vermeulen…after he was given time at his assigned dressing table in the Newlands changing rooms. At Newlands the Stormers prefer to call them ‘powder rooms’ and whoever the moffie is in the Stormers jersey, he might be smirking because Keegan reminded him how the Sharks wiped the Stormers out of the Super 15 like wiping **** off an @-hole.
