I don’t think i can handle another year of trompie rugby! Last year was the most boring Bok team i have ever seen, even more boring than PDVs!!

Cowper Tue, 15 Jan 2013 12:49:35 +0000 http://keo.co.za/?p=122363#comment-2311742 You would think so but your memory is short – I saw a Jerry Collins-led AB side, not that long ago, with all of them including Dan Carter survive the last 10 minutes on their own line to hold out for 25-19 in BA. Seriously mate, that game was hard from beginning to end (“a good workout” as Jerry called it afterwards) with Pumas on top at the end – but they are still building their self-belief, which the AB’s have always got as their trump card.

The Pumas are Latins and similar to the French in blowing hot and cold – they, like the Boks, played better in NZ last year than they did at home – plus, they have never lost at Mendoza – it’s their House of Pain. That Mendoza crowd is fanatic and don’t stop – they were beaten by Ireland but I back them to beat Ireland 6/10. Besides – Boks are erratic also – we both know that. It won’t be easy.
