Cruel blow for Kings
21 Jan 2013
Hooker Hannes Franklin will miss the majority of the Southern Kings’ inaugural Super Rugby season due to a knee injury.
Franklin underwent knee surgery on Thursday, and while the procedure was believed to be a success, he will still be sidelined for four to six months.
Franklin tore his medial collateral ligament during a training session last week. According to the Kings management, the hooker will be in a leg brace for the next six to eight weeks before starting his rehabilitation.

No worries, mate, dragon Sheeky can just rip a couple of seats out of the R800K Range Rover so that Hannes can be transported to the games in comfort.
