Hodgson to lead Force

Flanker Matt Hodgson has replaced David Pocock as the captain of the Western Force.

With Nathan Sharpe having retired at the end of last year, and Pocock having joined the Brumbies, coach Michael Foley has opted to install the vastly experienced Hodgson as the new skipper.

The Force will play their first warm-up game against the Brumbies in Darwin on 1 February.

    And be very careful…they’re very good…although they can’t even get promoted out of SA’s 2nd Division.
