Late Bulls flurry floors Lions
2 Feb 2013
The Bulls have beaten the Lions 38-32 to claim early Gauteng bragging rights.
The Bulls led 19-3 but the Lions showed character to reduce the lead with a two try burst and on the hour led 27-25.
But the final quarter belonged to the visitors who edged ahead with penalty kicks before making certain of the win with a try three minutes from the end.
The Lions, young and adventurous, still wouldn’t say no to the defeat and had the satisfaction of scoring the final try of the match.

it’s the truth and no amount of making believe otherwise will make it otherwise.
i hope the new law trial ammendments will fix this abberaton to some extent.
good rugby is what the rest of the world plays, like italy – france yesterday or eng-scot or the irish – wales game or most springbok games.
what the ab’s and nz teams dish up is not even remotely enjoyable or competitive.
its really just pointless gameplay, people who follow your rugby are similar to thse who are easily enthralled by WWE wrestling… all fake and show…
its like watching the Harlem Globetrotters put on a pantomime. lots of fun and incredibly cool tricks but is all fake and staged.

and the thing is i get this sure, but what then really gets me is the double standards regarding the, at times, sublte and other time not, dirty play in the way of hurting and intentionally injuring opposition players and how its dealt with.

@i_love_u_bakkiesbotha-50:
You’re too far gone…Houston. There’s no hope for you with that attitude. You have absolutely no clue about the game. Have you ever put anyone in a gap with a well timed pass?Have you ever chipped and regathered, then put a step on and put in another chip for your outsides. What about thrown the dummy and gone through the hole, drawn in the last defender and had the audacity of throwing another dummy. Rugby is fun…Houston, I suppose you see it differently. I’ve had enough of your nonsense….

As i said, bakkies is clueless about the game. If he does not understand it or cannot follow it the other team must be cheating. If his team losses the other team cheated. Take the argentina game where the bok drew…. he said the argentinains cheated. He is a sad faced sore losing tosspot….

@i_love_u_bakkiesbotha-56:
Apology??
Wrong thread but if you go to the correct thread you will see why you will never get an apology.
