Woeful Wales walloped

Woeful Wales walloped

Wales slumped to their eighth successive defeat in their Six Nations opener against Ireland.

Ireland won 30-22.

Wales were well and truly thumped in Cardiff, trailing 30-3 early in the second half and there was no way back from the first half torture that saw Ireland change ends with a match-winning 23-3 lead.

Wales, so close to World Cup glory in New Zealand in 2011, have been in free fall ever since.

Poor Welsh would have lost even without Keo deadly juju. They do not like stopping losing any time soon.

It’s looking awfully bare up there Keo. You could put the teams in that big white space up top you know.

Probably the defining moment for the Welsh was Gatland falling down the ladder and his team duly followed the example with Howler left in charge and even returning boss has not been able to stop turning victorious (albeit sometimes fortunate) G-slammers into rubble.

I’d planned to come here to mock Keo for backing the Welsh to win the cup but they’ve turned it around!

Good game for the neutral fans. Wales eventually showed a bit of balls and Ireland soaked it up for a while, but good away win for Ireland and a shocker of a start for Keo’s favourites.

8 defeats in a row for Wales, Ireland have only lost 3 6N matches in the last 20.

    Keo’s predictions spot on :)

Cowely is not making the step up from AC. I don’t see him lasting the season.
