Plum confirms loss of Daniel

Sharks coach John Plumtree has confirmed the loss of Keagan Daniel and Tim Whitehead for the opening rounds of Super Rugby.

Reports from Keo.co.za followers earlier suggested injuries to Daniel and Whitehead that would see them out of action from anything between a month and two.

Those visitors to the site have reported that Whitehead broke his arm and will be out for six to eight weeks and Daniel hurt knee ligaments and could be out for anything from four to eight weeks.

Sharks coach Plumtree was contacted and confirmed that the conservative estimate on Daniel is a month and the prognosis on Whitehead is six weeks.

    Ruggaworld started as a site to bridge the gap between the end of the SA rugby season and beginning of the next one, when Keo and his guys were hibernating. PA never abandoned Keo, as he regularly blogs here.
    As for Chico, his nic describes him perfectly. Just a little dog that’s mindlessly yapping.

    neo is a combining form meaning “new,” “recent,” “revived,” or “improved,” used in the formation of compound words such as neoclassic, neoorthodoxy or neophyte etc…

    so based on favourable comments of his recent articles I was asking or suggesting that maybe this would be the ‘new’ or ‘improved’ style of article we could expect from keo…

    With Whitehead out, the Frans/Jordaan centre combo will be afforded the opportunity to settle. Jordaan is a better option at 13 than Whitehead. Whitehead is primarily a 12
