Brumbies looking good. Rebels an obvious improver. Waratahs, on paper, look even better then in previous years (where they’ve done nothing though).

Can’t quite see why you’d take the captaincy away from Slipper and give it to a backline player, but then I don’t know the players either. Maybe Fainga’a is a ‘natural’ leader.
