@XhosaKid-40: not really bud, definitely not from the results. As the only 'true' franchise it's debatable whether the whole warriors sum is the better than the parts of ep and border. In fact no one from the warriors has played a test for the Proteas in the past year.

@Atlas-35: That's the same arrogance Natal/WP/Lions showed to EP & Border Cricket before the formation of the franchise system in domestic cricket, now the EC Warriors are by far the best franchise compared to any. Ntini, Tsotsobe, Ingram, Theron, Parnell, Prince, Botha, wouldn't be playing for EC if it wasn't for the franchise system.

Cheetahs backline does look very exciting – when they have the ball. Defensively they very light. Opposition teams are going to use big runners to go at our centre pairing – Ebersohn and Sadie. While I’m happy Sadie has signed and I think it will do his career good I can’t help but think we going to miss a bit of muscle with Strauss gone. Hope Naka has prepared well defensively this season – we can’t afford to keep leaking tries like last season.
