Boxing: SBW viewers offered free movie by Sky

SKY TV is offering customers who purchased the Sonny Bill Williams boxing match against Francois Botha a free pay-per-view movie after two rounds were cut from the bout.

Fans paid a fee of $39.95 to watch the fight earlier this month, which was controversially cut from 12 to 10 rounds, leaving some customers feeling short-changed.

SKY had previous said it would consider issuing refunds in situations where the broadcast had gone wrong and customers had missed out.

“We delivered to our customers the whole event so there are no issues there. People were a bit surprised about the 10 rounds but it was out of our hands,” spokesperson Kirsty Way said following the fight.

Forwards are being discussed, but the backline is rather weird. 2 crashballers in the mid field with 3 midgets at the back. Glad they kept Jantjies. He is still settling down under coach’s restrictions. Only chance of a spark could come from Jantjies though. Don’t foresee too many tries by the Stormpies. And Chiefs game speed could be troublesome for the Capies.

Don’t think the Chiefs have ever beaten the Stormers at Newlands.

I’ve given Jantjies the benefit of the doubt but Saturday he has to deliver. Its probably the biggest game of his career (including the AB game last season).
If only Aplon held onto that ball, Jantjies would’ve been credited with the “would have been try”. But Geo didn’t and now Jantjies is staring down the barrel.
If things go horribly wrong the Newlands faithfull will turn against the new recruit who hails from Graaff Reneit.

Really looking forward to the game Saturday.

Oh my golly, how those rugby loving CapeKiwis drool for the feast of running rugby that should be laid at their clouded table.

Who in global rugby is a more creative, incisive, and unselfish a first 5/8ths than this exciting player ,with or without SBW?

He created at least 3 tries against the Cheetahs and should thrill again for the running rugby starved Capies. who have been such loyal Kiwi supporters.
Reward them Aaron, reward them well my son(since before 2011).

Anscombe, the other wonder(with Sam Cane) since the JWC Championship is not far behind as both a full-back and fly-half.
