Manu to lead Fiji – Prop Deacon Manu has been named as Fiji captain for the World Cup.

The 30-man squad includes 21-overseas based players. Lock Leone Nakarawa has resigned from the Fiji armed forces and is thus free to enter New Zealand for the World Cup.

Notable omissions from the squad include Ifereimi Rawaqa and Seru Rabeni while Isa Nacewa, Rupeni Caucaunibauca and Sireli Bobo were unavailable for selection.

Fiji will play the Springboks in Pool D of the World Cup.
