Waylon Murray will start his first Kings match outside Captain Andries Strauss with Ronnie Cooke moving along to the wing.
The other change to the backline sees Nicolas Vergallo starting ahead of the lively Shaun Venter.
There are plenty of changes to the pack as well, Hannes Franklin and Grant Kemp starting ahead of Bandise Maku and Kevin Buys in the front row. In the second row Rynier Bernado locks down with Steven Sykes while Cornel du Preez starts at the back of the scrum in place of Jacques Engelbrecht.
The Kings seem to be rotating ahead of their match with the Brumbies, rather targeting their last tour match against the Rebels as the one they can win.
The Kings will look forward to returning to South Africa to play in front of their 40 000 strong home crowd, as well as getting some of their injured players back in the fray.
