Kotze props up France

South African Daniel Kotze will make his French debut against the All Blacks in Auckland.

Kotze has been named among the substitutes but coach Philippe Saint-Andre has indicated all the substitutes will get game time.

Toulouse flanker Thierry Dusautoir captains the side for the 36th time and Saint-Andre has named his seventh halfback pairing in 16 Tests.

Bourdeaux-Beagles flyhalf Camille Lopez plays his first Test and scrumhalf Maxime Machenaud has been recalled.
