Lions limp to victory, Highlanders on a high, Sharks on a low, Stormers on fire, Reds on a roll & Tahs run Rebels ragged
The Lions won, barely, 40-38 against the Sunwolves in Johannesburg. The Highlanders won New Zealand’s south island derby against 2017 champions and eight times titles winners the Crusaders. The hosts were victorious 25-17. The Brumbies beat the Sharks 24-17 and the Stormers pumped the Blues 37-20. There was also a third successive win for the Reds and the Tahs on Sunday were brilliant in beating the previously unbeaten Rebels 51-27.
